San Jose Minimum Wage 2024 Posting Schedule. Starting april 1, 2024, all “fast food restaurant employees” who are covered. Beginning july 1, 2024, employers who are subject to the milpitas business license requirement or who maintain a business facility in milpitas must pay to each employee.
In 2023, the national minimum wage is $7.25 per hour. Minimum wage will be $17.55 effective 1/1/2024.
